Darci Wise is a top-producing REALTOR® and co-leader of The Wise McCoy Team at Realty One Group Ultimate, serving buyers and sellers throughout Grove City, Mercer County, Lawrence County, Butler County, and surrounding areas of Western Pennsylvania.

A lifelong Grove City resident, Darci has deep roots in the community she serves. She and her husband are both Grove City natives and are raising their four children here, staying actively involved through their kids' activities, sports, church, and the community.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Darci spent 17 years as a teacher, an experience that continues to shape the way she works with her clients today. She believes buying or selling a home shouldn't feel confusing or overwhelming. Her approach is centered around listening, communicating clearly, explaining each step of the process, and giving clients the information and honest advice they need to make confident decisions.

Darci works with clients through every stage of life, from first-time homebuyers and growing families searching for their forever home to sellers, downsizers, relocations, investors, land buyers, and new construction. No matter the price point or situation, her goal is the same: to be responsive, detail-oriented, straightforward, and always focused on what is best for her client.

Much of Darci's business comes from repeat clients and referrals, something she considers one of the greatest compliments she can receive. For her, real estate is about much more than getting to the closing table. It's about building relationships, earning trust, and becoming the person her clients know they can call whenever real estate comes up, whether that's next month or years down the road.
