When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a record of your consent to be contacted. When you save a home we store the listing identifier plus a snapshot of the address, city, state, and other display details you already saw on the site.

If you send a contact form, we collect the details you enter there.

How we use it

We use this information to provide real estate services: keep your saved homes, follow up on inquiries, and (with your consent) contact you by email, phone, or text about homes and related services. The Wise McCoy Team may review registered accounts and saved homes so they can follow up with you. We do not sell your personal information.

Texts and email

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or HELP for assistance. You can also use the unsubscribe link in emails. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling a home.

Sharing

We may share information with our brokerage, service providers who host this website, and as required by law or MLS rules. Listing data shown on the site comes from the MLS and remains subject to IDX disclaimers on those pages.

Your choices
