Tricia McCoy has been a REALTOR® for nearly five years, helping buyers and sellers throughout Grove City, Mercer County, and the surrounding areas. She also has a special connection to Venango County and the Franklin area, where she grew up and still enjoys helping clients.

What Tricia loves most about real estate is the people. She has spent most of her working life in customer service and has always loved being around people, getting to know them, and building real relationships. That naturally carried over into real estate.

One of the things Tricia hears most from her clients is that she makes them feel comfortable and makes the process more enjoyable, even when things feel stressful. Her approach is relatable, down-to-earth, and personal. She truly cares about the people she works with and never wants anyone to feel like they are just another transaction.

A large part of Tricia's business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which she feels is one of the biggest compliments she can receive. Many of her clients have also become friends long after closing.

Before real estate, Tricia spent about 15 years working for a national ATV racing company in a customer service role, which gave her years of experience working with all different types of people.

Tricia enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and loves being part of the process from beginning to end. Whether she is helping someone buy their first home, make their next move, or sell a property, her goal is always to make the experience as smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible.

Grove City is more than just where Tricia works — it is home. She has lived in Grove City for over 10 years, her family resides there, and her two girls attend school in the community. She loves being part of the area and helping others buy and sell homes in a place that means so much to her.

At the end of the day, Tricia wants her clients to know they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about them, not just the sale.

Real estate may be what Tricia does, but the people she meets and the relationships she builds are what make her love it.
